Help Centre

Located within our software development facility in Saskatoon, the AIS Help Centre has priority access to our software analysts and programmers for the quickest response possible for our clients. This is our clients’ single point of contact (via toll-free line and email) for:

Reporting issues with the operation of the software

Resolution of issues directly by our Help Centre staff, or

Dispatching of issues to AIS programming staff, where necessary

Computerized tracking of client contacts, details and resolutions

Assistance with generating special reports required by leadership or funders

 

User Support Options

Unlimited Calling: Unlimited calling for a fixed annual fee. The best value per call, for certainty in budgetting.

Per Incident Basis: Service support on a fee based per incident basis for clients with experienced users and established procedures.
