AIS project managers walk you through a clear written project plan, taking into consideration your unique situation, timelines and resources available. We also point out the pitfalls to avoid in setting up your system and populating the data to ensure a successful transition to establishing your daily and monthly routines.

User Training
AIS Trainers are experienced in relating to First Nations staff with all levels of computer and software application experience. We train your staff at our facility in Saskatoon, in your office, remotely, or at another convenient location. In addition to receiving a full classroom training program you also receive a AIS User Manual for future reference.

"Just-In-Time" Training
Users may require additional training at a later date in the system implementation process or need a quick refresher on certain infrequently-used functions or features (e.g. year-end functions). Users learn what they need to know when they need to know it.

Help Centre Support (User Support)
Our HelpCentre is designed for ease of access by system users. Single desk access via toll-free telephone and email,dedicated AIS software support analysts, a Client Service Information System (CSI) for managing client information and tracking software calls and the use of remote access tools to access your software (with permission) are all measures we have had in place for years as a professional software company. The AIS Help Centre works closely with AIS’s team of software developers for the immediate resolution of software issues requiring software code changes. AIS offers both unlimited and fee-for-service (“pay-as-you-go”) annual support options.

New Release Program (Software Assurance)
AIS offers annual Software Assurance, an extended software warranty which protects your software investment by ensuring that new versions are available over the life of the system for a known “budgetable” amount. AIS regularly publishes release notes outlining the new features by application to assist clients in arranging the timing of software upgrades.
